Faulty or wrongly described items 🏈

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@1stdownclothing.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a free return and issue a full refund (including original delivery).

Change of mind

Because every item is one-of-a-kind and hand-sourced, we do not offer returns for change of mind, size, or fit. Please check the measurements and photos carefully before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Team requests

Requesting a team for our next batch is free and carries no payment or obligation. If we source your item you'll be offered it first, but you're never committed to buy.

How to return

1. Email hello@1stdownclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason
2. We'll reply within 1 working day with a return address / prepaid label if applicable
3. Post the item back in its original condition
4. Refund is issued within 5 working days of us receiving the item

Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
