Where we ship 🏈

We ship across the United Kingdom. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Manchester — no customs, no import fees, no waiting weeks.

Delivery times

• Standard tracked (Royal Mail 48): 2–3 working days
• Express tracked (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days
• Reserved items: estimated within 7 days of stock arriving in the UK

Shipping costs

Live rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery option you choose. UK standard delivery starts from £3.99. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — details at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@1stdownclothing.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
