The site & products

All apparel sold is second-hand or vintage / one-of-a-kind unless clearly stated. We are not affiliated with the NCAA or any university; team names and marks are property of their respective owners and used for descriptive purposes only.

Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order — in which case you'll be refunded in full. Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Team request service

Submitting a team request is free of charge and creates no contract of sale. We aim to source the most requested teams but cannot guarantee availability, and you are under no obligation to purchase any item we source.

Intellectual property

All site content (branding, layout, photography) is owned by 1st Down Clothing Ltd. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
